Responsibilities:
- Responsible for cooking and prepping all food menu items
- Ensure food freshness and quality by regulating and monitoring the receiving, storing, cooking, and presentation of all food products
- Knowledgeable of state and local government's health and safety standards as well as the restaurant’s standards, methods, rules, policies and procedures
- Monitors and maintains food products and inventory stock levels
- Attends all employee meetings
- Problem-solve as the kitchen needs
Responsibilities:
- Assists the Sous Chef in cooking and prepping all food menu items, plating and garnishing menu items, managing stock levels, and attending to other kitchen needs.
- Knowledgable of Health and Safety polices both company specific and state/local government requirements.
- Utilizes check lists in cleaning work area, prepping items, and closing kitchen.
Responsibilities:
- Familiarizing themselves with all menu items - including, specials, desserts, specialty cocktails, classic cocktails, wine and beer lists, etc. They will accommodate all guest's requests best as possible. Ability to create new cocktails, think outside the box, and ability to engage in a personable and respectful manner is highly required.
- This TEAM PLAYER will also participate in routine cleanings, maintenance, and upkeep of work areas, tools, equipment, uniform, guest areas, etc.
- Must be able to craft intricate, high-end cocktails.
- Must be knowledgeable of menu ingredients and food allergens.
Responsibilities:
- A Server is responsible for familiarizing themselves with all menu items - including, but not limited to: specials, desserts, specialty cocktails, classic cocktails, wine and beer lists, etc. They will accommodate all guest's requests best as possible. Ability to adjust, problem solve, think outside the box, and engage in a personable, respectful manner is highly required.
- This TEAM PLAYER will also participate in routine cleanings, maintenance, and upkeep of work areas, tools, equipment, uniform, guest areas, etc.
- Must be knowledgeable of menu ingredients and food allergens.
Responsibilities:
- A Host is responsible for understanding the flow of the establishment, seating procedures, table layout, and Guest recall.
- This TEAM PLAYER will also participate in routine cleanings, maintenance, and upkeep of work areas, tools, equipment, uniform, guest areas, etc.
- Answering the phone in a courteous and respectful manner while also scheduling reservations with the General Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Must be able to meet health and safety standards of the company and state/local government.
- May be asked to lift heavy items over 50lbs
- Clean and buss tables
- Proper ware-washing
- Abide by proper opening and/or closing checklists and procedures
